{"id":6521,"date":"2025-12-11T09:14:08","date_gmt":"2025-12-11T09:14:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/studiomix.hr\/?post_type=portfolio&#038;p=6521"},"modified":"2026-01-20T11:22:18","modified_gmt":"2026-01-20T11:22:18","slug":"flow","status":"publish","type":"portfolio","link":"https:\/\/studiomix.hr\/en\/portfolio\/flow\/","title":{"rendered":"Flow"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Ako \u017eeli\u0161 <strong>osjetiti svoje tijelo<\/strong> umjesto da ga stalno kontrolira\u0161.<br>Ako ti <strong>nedostaje podr\u0161ke<\/strong>, sigurnog prostora i dopu\u0161tenja da bude\u0161 to \u0161to jesi.<br>Ako \u010dezne\u0161 za <strong>dodirom, kretanjem i prisutno\u0161\u0107u<\/strong> \u2013 bez potrebe da i\u0161ta dokazuje\u0161.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Flow je mjesto gdje mo\u017ee\u0161 <strong>usporiti<\/strong>, udahnuti i vratiti se sebi.<br>Kroz ples, improvizaciju i somatski rad, tijelo postaje sugovornik, a pokret na\u010din slu\u0161anja.<br>Ne tra\u017eimo savr\u0161enstvo \u2013 tra\u017eimo <strong>iskrenost, povezanost i \u017eivi impuls<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Ako osje\u0107a\u0161 da ove rije\u010di rezoniraju s tobom, vjerojatno ve\u0107 zna\u0161 za\u0161to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eimo zajedno:<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Koreografski rad \u2013 struktura kao polazi\u0161te<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U prvom segmentu rada naglasak je na razvijanju svjesnosti o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>organizaciji tijela u prostoru<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dinamici, ritmu i odnosu izme\u0111u napetosti i otpu\u0161tanja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Danas je moderno raditi bez strukture.<br>Ali pitam se \u2014 za\u0161to, ako nam struktura mo\u017ee donijeti <strong>svijest, jasno\u0107u i osje\u0107aj sigurnosti<\/strong>?<br>Koreografski zadaci nisu ograni\u010denje, ve\u0107 <strong>oslonac<\/strong> iz kojeg slobodno ulazimo u improvizaciju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Struktura ne gu\u0161i slobodu \u2014<br>ona joj daje <strong>smjer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Kontakt i relacijski pokret \u2013 odnosi i oslu\u0161kivanje<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroz elemente kontakta i partneringa u\u010dimo kako <strong>biti s drugim<\/strong>, bez \u017eurbe i bez rije\u010di.<br>Istra\u017eujemo te\u017einu, gravitaciju i oslonac \u2014 ne samo kao fizi\u010dke pojmove, ve\u0107 kao <strong>iskustvo povjerenja<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U paru i grupi vje\u017ebamo <strong>slu\u0161anje, jasno\u0107u i nje\u017enost u inicijativi<\/strong>:<br>kada voditi, kada slijediti i kako se kretati u dogovoru.<br>Pokret postaje dijalog \u2014 prostor u kojem se mo\u017eemo izraziti, reagirati i biti vi\u0111eni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovakav rad ja\u010da <strong>senzorno-motori\u010dku inteligenciju<\/strong>, ali i osje\u0107aj povezanosti, sigurnosti i prisutnosti u odnosu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Body-Mind Centering (BMC) <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>BMC pristup integriran je kroz cijeli program kao na\u010din da ponovno <strong>slu\u0161amo tijelo iznutra<\/strong> i dopustimo mu da nas vodi u pokretu.<br>Kroz <em>hands-on<\/em> tehnike, <strong>dodir postaje polazi\u0161na to\u010dka<\/strong> \u2014 jednostavan, prisutan i pa\u017eljiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodir ovdje nije tehnika, ve\u0107 <strong>osnovna ljudska potreba<\/strong>: na\u010din da se smirimo, osjetimo granice, te\u017einu i podr\u0161ku.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
